Do you serve all of Moreno Valley?+
Yes — every neighborhood. We regularly install for customers in Edgemont, Sunnymead, Rancho Belago, Hidden Springs, and everywhere between. We don't do mobile installs because precision work belongs in a controlled, climate-stable bay, but the drive to our shop is short.
Will a new alarm void my factory warranty?+
No. We install with vehicle-specific T-harnesses that tap into existing circuits without cutting. Modern alarms are designed to coexist with factory electronics — no warranty issue.
Can I add remote start to the alarm at the same time?+
Yes — and it's the most common combo we sell. Viper and Compustar systems can do alarm + remote start in a single install. Big savings vs adding it later.
Does the smartphone control work without cell service?+
The 4G LTE module needs cell coverage to push notifications and accept remote commands. For local in-range commands, the included LCD two-way remote works on its own radio frequency without any cellular dependency.
